MS Elective CE Courses-8 Hours

A licensed real estate sales agent and or broker must complete sixteen (16) hours of continuing education (CE) courses every two (2) years. This requirement is broken down into eight (8) hours of required courses and eight (8) hours of elective courses.

This bundle of  CE courses consists of eight (8) hours of elective courses that fulfill the elective CE requirement:

1) Risk Reduction 1 (2 hours)
2) Risk Reduction 2 (2 hours)
3) Taxation for Realtors (2 hours)
4) NAR Code of Ethics (2 hours)
