Description
This continuing education course satisfies two hours of the required eight hours of elective courses that a real estate agent must take every two years.
This course complements the Risk Reduction 1 course and reviews the legal liability of an agent to the public and to educate agents and brokers how to identify and reduce risks for brokers, agents, and the public.
This continuing education course is approved by the Mississippi State Real Estate Commission and meets the State of Mississippi for Sales agent license continuing education requirement.
Objectives
By the end of the course, the learner will be able to:
- identify areas of risk
- recognize the scope of personal and professional liability
- establish sound professional practices of documenting transactions and negotiations in a manner that can be used in court
